From the ground up.When Sprint PCS was building their first all digital, all PCS network, speed to market was critical. They called on us for a fast-track national prototype switch center design. Criteria for the buildings included quick construction for fast ramp-up; robust, redundant systems for network reliability and materials selected for purchasing economy. We followed up with design for 17 switch centers in six states.
